Get a P.O. box. Get a car. Write 100 letters saying: "Hey, this is and old friend of X. I lent X thirty bucks a few years ago and have fallen on hard times. I am currently working in a freak show at a traveling circus, and I am addicted to methamphetamine. I could really use the money. How has Y been doing? He hasn't answered any of my previous mails."
