He was a gentle giant on the way home from feeding the poor when he was rudely accosted by a police officer in a KKK grand wizard suit. The racist police officer demanded he put his hands, which had recently been washing the feet of the infirm, up; but in an act of racial profiling the Nazi storm-trooper officer mistook his successful application for Harvard for a gun and fired his assault-rifle service pistol at the innocent youth. As the bullets tore through the innocent youth and paragon of the community he cried out "But I'm a good boy!" to which the genocidal maniac replied "WHITE POWER" before beating the corpse to a pulp.

"What I do know is that two officers were involved and fired shots, but I don't know exactly where they were standing yet and I won't know until I get their statements."

It been 2 days as of this article and St. Louis Police Chief Sam Dotson has no idea what his officers were doing? How is it that these police are allowed to go about their lives without giving an immediate sworn statement as to the events? In addition to body cameras coupled with always on GPS this should go a long way in providing the necessary evidence to determining what happened in any given situation. The city I live in has just started testing live streams of a few police dash cams, not sure their intent but they claims its to allow people to get more familiar with police.

Make it a pension + job losing infraction for not having a body camera on, or trying to cover/obfuscate the camera in any way. Take immediate statements from all parties, do not even give police a chance to make up a story. If the story is shown to be false in any way, they should lose their job + pension. This should go up the chain of command as well, if an officer under you is caught in any of these situations, you will also be punished.

That's not how forensics work, CSIdiot.

Also

Mansur Ball-Bey, 18, was shot after police say he tried to run during the execution of a search warrant and pointed a stolen gun with an extended magazine at two cops.

Oh, they found crack at the scene as well. Then this gem

The distraught family said they could not believe the police account because Ball-Bey, who went by Man Man, was not capable of those crimes: he had just graduated from high school, held a steady job and was heading to college.

Dude, this is hilarious. Some of the football players at my college all lived together, and the friend of one of them knew they had a bunch of coke in their house. So while the one planned to be away his friend broke in and shot the other three in order to steal the drugs. Guess the color of their skins.
