Not gonna say, I actually ended up in the Springs though. My buddy works for a similar company in Denver though named "The Arcanum Group"

Lakewood is good. East coast is much better than West coast. We don't like Californians too much... Except for the 1/3 of the population from California that has moved here and fucked things up for everyone else.

You don't need snow tires. I grew up in the mountains and never used them.

What kind of tips are you looking for? Community, traffic, etc...

Yeah its a little expensive real estate wise but looks nice. Just tips in general I guess? Any insider information would be helpful

I like the area west of Wadsworth, but that's a personal choice. I'm near 285, and it's a pretty accessible area. Near a green belt and open space and all the shops and restaurants you could use. Community is generally cool, but your own circle is what you make of it. I like to use meetup to kind of kickstart the social aspect of things. There are tons of breweries and tap houses to try out too.

Real estate prices kind of suck all over. It's even tough to find a decent apartment. Not sure when to look for an improvement there...

Get snow tires for the winter. Good sunglasses. Spend time in the mountains.

I'm used to driving in Massachusetts without snow tires, are those definitely a need?

Should be fine for the city, but you'll get nowhere in the mountains on all seasons except a ditch I a good snowstorm. Also Required by law for the passes if you don't have AWD.

I grew up in the mountains and never used them. Just all season radials. And I had a rear wheel drive sports car. Just be cautious and don't drive like an idiot. Snow tires will help, but it's really not needed. And Lakewood is not the mountains.

definitely if you're going to the mountains. Probably just make sure your tires aren't bald if you'll be staying in town.
