Technically, this isn't a misleading title. It's a sad argument. Not all of the bees will be dead tomorrow so it's totally cool guys. The danger isn't imminent so there's nothing to worry about yet.
Looks like Monsanto hired the same spin doctors responsible for muddling the climate change debate.

So basically industrial honey bee's outfits are killing off wild honey bee populations by spreading disease to wild populations.
Some estimates (such as that by Target Health, Inc.) say that as much as ninety percent of the North American wild bee population has died out. Target Health, Inc. reports similar decline in Europe. As much as one-third of the U.S. honeybee population died over the winter of 2012-2013 alone.
One of the major factors contributing to this decline in honeybee populations is the colony collapse disorder. This syndrome occurs when the worker bees leave the hive. These worker bees provide the nectar for the brood, the colony’s immature bees. Under normal circumstances, the worker bees will not leave the hive until all the brood has hatched successfully. However, ever since 2004, many North American beekeepers have seen their entire worker bee population abandon the colony before the brood has hatched. As you can guess, the brood typically does not survive.

I find it hard to believe anything that comes from a US government organisation and I am not even from the USA. In Australia our bees are in a similar boat but not as hard. While I am only set to get my first hives next year, I am hearing a lot about peoples new hives not taking hold and wandering off.

misleading title, the future of bees is being farmed by humans or perish on their own
Also I'm willing to bet those articles from the 90s about African bees holocausting honeybees might have been overblown by Monsato.
