I use the Sleep Cycle app on my phone and it's really helped me get up at a better time when I'm in a lighter sleep stage. I know there are other apps like it and fitness bands/bracelets that will do essentially the same thing so there should be plenty of options.

Stretch when you get up. I find that just a couple of small stretches helps get the day started right.

Roll on outta bed, take a b complex vitamin, drink a glass of water, then drink some coffee. Works pretty well. If i can get around to the roll out of bed part.

Using the Sleep Cycle app. It wakes you up and the end of your sleep cycle so you don't feel like such a piece of shit in the morning.
