I use the Sleep Cycle app on my phone and it's really helped me get up at a better time when I'm in a lighter sleep stage. I know there are other apps like it and fitness bands/bracelets that will do essentially the same thing so there should be plenty of options.

Stretch when you get up. I find that just a couple of small stretches helps get the day started right.

Roll on outta bed, take a b complex vitamin, drink a glass of water, then drink some coffee. Works pretty well. If i can get around to the roll out of bed part.
