as someone who wasted away to nothing instead of ballooning up, the part at 2:20 really got to me. I fell far, I fell hard, I was entirely bedridden, but hitting the bottom, even if you do it a few times before you really start to gain some upward movement means you have got no where left to fall. I can't wait til the day I feel I'm genuinely holding my head above water again, but I'm so glad I had the same realization as this dude.

He became human again, are we supposed to applaud the absolute bare minimum standard of humanity to not be fat? Fitness is not only a moral imperative, I dont know how one can respect themselves without it.

Yes, he does not deserve any credit for losing excessive weight, but give him some credit for the very well built body afterwards.

And we're to assume he did this naturally? Being relatively large and shredded makes me doubt that, not saying it isnt possible, but you can eat fucking garbage on roids and still get shredded, another thing we're not provided with is a timeline, how long did this transformation take? If it was rapid more than likely PED were used
