I think there's a significant enough difference between false outrage and justified exasperation.
If you're going to unify all of that under one rubric, you'll end up with something as generalized as "opposition culture", which is so general as to be meaningless, everyone's opposed to something or other.
This is just a variant of "if I believe in tolerating other cultures, should I tolerate other cultures' intolerance of my own culture?"
The answer that no, being 'tolerant' in general does not mean you are obliged to accept every possible mindset or behaviour from other people, and in fact nor should you tolerate things which oppress yourself or others.
