"Very, very, great and happy new year" is more precisely what he said...or rather read. Seemed like he was reading the speech for the first time. His phrasing was determined by the printed text.

No.
It comes off like he was giving it (the whole speech) proper and respectful weight. He has very different delivery style in most other situations. This was very specific, unequivocal and was avoiding all nebulous wording and over-all vibe.
His tone changes right at the very end - "Very, very, great and happy new year" is delivered in a different and extremely loaded way and he tellingly kept it clear of the rest of the message.
I think the 'very, very great...' was an ad lib. As for phrasing... Yes, he was appropriately respectful, but he paused in the middle of phrases where there was a new line in the text. He never pauses in those phrases when he's not reading...or reading familiar material.
The man existed, his story was twisted to control the masses. Whether that twisting be about the day of his birth, the color of his skin, or whatever the fuck else. See the fact is the bible was compiled 300+ years AD, by Constantine, the then Roman fuckin Emperor. Parts were omitted to fit the narrative. Theres a reason ancient documents recently(past 100 years or so) like the Dead Sea scrolls, Nag Hammadi texts & others detect a very different form of Christianity. Them same svil motherfuckers that are in control now, where in control then. And they made the made the religion you now follow. Not to say Christ didn't exist, but the message was different. Find that message and you've found salvation...
