Work our at home friends. Mike Tyson was all body weight, said iron slowed him down. Pushups, squats, jump squats, dips, sprints (can’t say how important being able to move is)

He did an insane amount of workload tho, to be fair. The only way you can get stronger without weights is reps, and getting stronger on reps take a lot of time.

Genetic outlier for sure, but his mentor Cus D’Amato said it slows you down and Mike followed it.
And in regards to time: try and do 200-300 push-ups 1x a week, EXTREMELY challenging, and you should be able to do it in 45 mins or so (standard workout time). Same with jump plyos, you aren’t pushing 500 but you are mad strong. If you can do plyo jumps for an hour you are in fantastic shape.
The point is to be in shape with no gym, and you can do so 👍🏻.

I haven't touch ground in a gym for over a year now and I've never been more fit in my life atm. I can make a 3km run in 12min on trail/gravel terrain and I intend to improve on that. Also, I do pushups and abs at home every day. I used 6L water bottles as lift weights during the months every sports store were closed. All you need is a pair of good trail sneakers and a yoga mat. Fuck gyms and stop making up excuses!

Yes, people think prisoners get big because they have access to weights. Wrong. They make their own weights or do variations of bodyweight exercise while still eating a shit diet. Gyms are for guy and chicks who just want out of their house and see what is on the market
