She won't go to jail for election fraud, even if she deserves it. Even if widespread election fraud is proven, politicians at that level will maintain several layers of plausible deniability.

It is not sufficient for her to be the accidental beneficiary of someone else's fraudulent action. You will need ironclad proof that she personally knew about and ordered fraudulent activity to be carried out, AND you need a judiciary that has the balls to rule that the charges stick.
