I politely disagree, maybe you can recite the full quote and by whom: any law that is unconstitutional at its conception and although put into action, is still unconstitutional, and any effects of said law are unconstitutional.
Perhaps you will put it far better than I butchered it here.

Look, I can't say for sure my take is correct. But I can't see how the government can even administrate the problems associated with invalidating everything Obama did as president. Think about every single bill he signed into law, every budget, every promotion, appointment, treaty ... I would love it but it would be a nightmare to unwind every single act.

Imagine that kind of attitude in planning for going to the moon, or the trans-continental rail road, the Oregon trail...
Shit! It’s fucking incredible how mother fucking lazy and complacent we have all become. Roll up your sleeves and actually work for that $300 per hour rate or better lawyers charge.
It was this laissez-faire attitude that brought us to this precipitous situation already. No more resigning and walking away “scot-free”. Accounting must take place.
The only way would be by reforming the union, at which the adoption of legal standard begins as America did by ratifying the common law and adopted the English Bill of Rights individually in the constitutional amendments enshrined the Bill of Rights to defend them as the basis of American law, as English Law adopted the Danelaw, which itself adopted the Anglo and Saxon common law.
A new union would have new Justices, who would then weigh in on the application of the common law. Basically every law would have to be reapproved, which is as simple as a supreme court refusing to hear an appeal based on the new constitution. Example: try appealing murder charges. It's gonna be illegal under the common law.
A new union would enable trump to run again.

Yes, you're talking Marbury v. Madison, correct?

I couldn’t remember, now that you’ve given me a case I’ll look it up.
