Seriously considering filing with the courts on my own against Georgia, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Nevada, and Arizona just to see what happens.
Then filing against the ATF because the 2A says shall not be infringed yet they keep on infringing.
umm, they will tie you up in the courts for years while your attorneys fees will similarly accumulate...it's a rigged system...hope you have an inexpensive attorney, or doing it 'pro se' (by yourself).
I was thinking of just representing myself, but I do have a great friend that is a lawyer who I spoke to after this who said let's do it. I also have legal insurance, but I'm not sure what that makes me entitled to under my coverage. I know it is very broad and covers basically everything including divorces and civil stuff. I think I might really put it to use. I mean why not. They need to know it isn't getting laid to rest. My legal insurance won't cost me a dime, my friend said he would do it for free besides expenses, and if I did it myself it would just be the filing and court fees. Just something I may consider. I've got time man. The only thing I'm worried about is with the ATF and them kicking in my doors out of retaliation, but I have my whole place outfitted with tons of cameras with audio that also store footage on cloud servers as well as a local dvr in a metal container box in the attic. If they did that though I would have additional proof.
