I think it would be justified too, without a legitimate voting system or a legitimate court system, the government itself would lack legitimacy, and the only way forward for the American people would be to establish a legitimate government separate from the illegitimate global communist one.

I believe the answer lies in the State governments. The feds get their authority from the States. If the Federal government is invalid, then the States must step in to fill the gap. People need to contact their state representatives and demand that they defend the citizens of the state from an illegitimate Federal government.
