Entrapment occurs when the Law incites you to commit a crime you otherwise would not have commited. The dems tried to steal 2016, they failed. Only a fool would not expect them to do it again in 2020.

The previous attempt to steal the election makes 'the trap' a legitimate legal maneuver.

What dems? Biden? Where's the proof that the 2016 election was rigged? See where I'm going? I'm telling you that the Dems (and some Republicans actually) have proof we have not seen yet that Trump knew of fraud and didn't do anything to stop it. Logic that we all know is one thing, but the case for impeachment will exploit all the legal loopholes. Whether that turns into an explicit entrapment charge or not, I can't say. I just know that they have a constitutional argument for impeaching him if he overturns based on fraud.

If true, this is why it will be overturned based on violating the equal protection clause.

Fraud hearings were just to inform the public and let Dems show who they are by doxing and attacking the whistle blowers.
