engine block ejected 50-60 yards away.

I think he's getting that confused with the Hasting's crash, no?

Some interesting comments:

I know his father. Curt. I have been fooled by several lately, but my gut says that Harrison found out something. Never met him but his dad always seemed like a patriotic guy. Never came off as shady or sleazy. Like I said that's just my gut.

And, I have a hard time believing a undertaker's kid would be driving in a way that would cause that damage. I'm positive he's seen countless results of careless driving. I know, very assumptive of me. Not meaning any disrespect, It's just meant as an observation.

I wonder if the other people involved in the crash will come forward, or anyone else that actually saw what happened.

All I've seen so far is people saying it sounded like a bomb, or a plane crash, it was THAT loud.

And look at this:

If the cars crashed THAT hard to cause such an explosion/fire, the back of the black car sure is in good shape. The damage to the front of the white car does not coincide with the damge to the back of the black car, from what I can tell. And who supposedly hit who? Where does the semi come into play? This crash doesnt make much sense.

A police lab can detect explosive residue on debris.

I promise you they filled out the paper work for a car accident and moved on to the next call.

Fireman connections tell me they can detect accellerant after a commercial fire has been burning for hours.

Cops on the ground support Trump. City this happened in: there is a PD, there is a crime lab, there is the Director of the Crime Lab, and they have the sub-specialists in the crime lab (finger prints, firearms, computers, DNA, etc.).

most importantly, gasoline is not a high explosive and totally incapable of the level of destruction seen in this accident

He got Hasting-ed

[–] 26697458? 0 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago

Exactly what happened to Hastings.

Your right it is exactly like his.

This CDAN post from 11/3 appears to implicate McChrystal (or his team) in Hastings death using an IED....

"Today's Blind Items - Revenge

After many years, there has been a breakthrough in the death of this reporter who was digging into an online tabloid's giving positive coverage to celebrities for pay. His death wasn't related to that, but three military guys who had been fired in the wake of a story the reporter had written a few years earlier. They followed him and harassed him and then ultimately planted an IED that his car ran over and blew up. One of the three guys told a woman he was going to marry, the story. When she heard it, she split with him and she shared it with reporters who have been digging into it the past two months."

Right, they're going to hope a panicked Hastings took a route than ran over their planted IED. What happens if someone else happened to drive over it first? Maybe it was a remote detonated IED that they were going to dig up the next day if Hastings took a different route? If there was a bomb (sure seems like it), it was planted inside the vehicle.

I was about to say that.

It seems that they’re causing the car to accelerate at maximum. Not sure if they control the steering or not. On impact, if the object which stopped the car can’t also stop the engine, the engine tears loose from its mounts as the body crumbles and continues to travel. It’s really just a testimony to how fast the car was traveling when it hit something.

This is why I was speculating about superjamming in another thread— i keep imagining some kind of beamed weapon which causes the engine to rev to max rpm.

But evidence perhaps pointing to hacking is that these individuals seemed unable to shift to neutral or turn off the car, which are the first things I would try if I had lost command authority over the controls.

[–] 26699741? 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

The hacking can override steering, brakes, and transmission.

[–] 26698270? 0 points 3 points (+3|-0) ago

except Hastings was the target. I'm not so certain this kid was the target, I suspect someone else was assumed to be driving that car.

[–] 26699980? ago

The kid was connected to Kemp and Loeffler, he may have done something he may have done nothing at all to warrant being labeled a threat to the DS.

In a horrible way, it would be more effective if he really had only done the most minor offence to the Cabal, murdering innocent people is nothing for these people, it is nothing.

[–] 26698278? 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

That is an interesting thought.

Michael Hastings' engine block was thrown even further.

You beat me to it.

[–] 26697485? 0 points 8 points (+8|-0) ago

This was no accident. It was an assassination.

[–] 26699924? ago

It was a convenient message to both Kemp and Loeffler and Purdue, you fuckers do what we tell you to do or you are all going to die!

If I were in the business I would send random people to great them in crowds or at dinner any place where they thought they would feel they were safe. "Hi Kelly, that was so sad to hear about your campaign manager, just awful what a tragedy, you know we are all still counting on you, be safe Kelly, be safe,"

Much more effective and direct than a phone call.
