I beat them back with my truth stick to drive them further into irrationality. Make them act crazy enough and more normal people start thinking. Some of the cashiers at the local grocers started with bullshit before the mask "mandate" even started. One cashier told me I couldn't purchase corn tortillas and flour tortillas because I was only allowed one of each item. I argued with her, she then denied me both corn and flour tortillas. I started yelling and made her at least put the flour tortillas back on. I was furious so much that I just paid and left but kept the receipt. Went back the next day and reported her to the manager and showed him the receipt. He said he would "deal" with her. Then I reported she had bought up a bunch of toilet paper and was bringing it back into the store to make private sales to people at a profit. I don't know if it was actually her but this was done for a friend of mine who told me about the scam after he was forced to purchase toilet paper from one of the cashiers. So I lied a bit but it did happen. When he went to her I can imagine he gets on her for something she actually did to me and then when he gets onto her for the toilet paper scam it's not gonna matter if she did it or not.

When the mask thing came up she demanded I wear a mask and I went off on her about not reading the guidelines on the state website about exemptions. She protested that she was going to let me buy food so I should let it go. No. She asked me to wear a mask and the guidelines state that it's a guideline and lists the exemptions and she is not to challenge non mask wearers. Pointed out it's a ten thousand dollar fine for bothering us and if she's going to try to enforce an unenforceable "law" that isn't a law at all she should at least do some reading. I got her so pissed she couldn't talk. I've done this over and over with workers at that store and one by one beat them all down with logic and law and had the manager and another checker come to my side and defend me. Now, they don't say a word about masks to me. They don't dare.

Thank you reminding me about exceptions, I looked up my state laws and they have them. I will be using this next time I venture out into the wild

Sorry for spell check but here it is. Exemption. And yes, thank you for looking up your own state's stuff on this. BTW, is it stated it's a law or a guideline? In California these masks things are called Guidelines and not once is the word "order" or "law" used. They were very careful to not overplay their hand in this. Only in the media is the word "mandate" used. Why? Because Obama and his clowns got rid of the law against media and government propaganda. So the media is free to push propaganda of an "emergency order" or "mandate" while legally, the state can not use those terms for something that it is prohibited by law from doing.

This is another reason why when you try to tell a store they can't force you to wear a mask they jump to, "It's store policy" which is also illegal but unless you have an attorney or force the issue they just hope you'll give up and walk out.

If you are arrested for not wearing a mask and just meekly accept a fine and pay, (that's what they want) then you become an example for others. If you fight back, refuse to pay a fine and take it to court in front of a real judge with a real attorney those who arrested you can be up on charges if you prevail. Obviously if your judge is corrupt, or your attorney is weak and stupid, you won't prevail. But, this costs money and court time and they wish to avoid exposure if you prevail.

You can go to Peggy Hall on Healthy American youtube channel. She has hours of videos on each aspect of the law and masking. BTW, at Nuremburg it was ruled to be a war crime to force someone to wear a mask even for health reasons. The law really is on our side.

The California State of Emergency Act "shall be terminated at the earliest possible time". This provision has been screwed with a hundred different ways. Also, this grants the governor powers to order the public workers around, not the citizens and certainly not ordering healthy people to wear a mask.
