2018-02-08 | Let Us Break Down This Story For You About A Woman Who Flushed Her Hamster Down An Airport Toilet

"By now you have heard of the young woman who claims she flushed her hamster down an airport toilet because an airline employee told her to after she couldn't board a plane with the creature."

'Both she and the airline said Spirit told her it would be fine. ', "Belen Aldecosea, 21, said she'd called Spirit Airlines twice to confirm that her hamster, Pebbles, a doctor-certified comfort animal, would be allowed on the Nov. 21 flight."

'But, upon arriving at the Baltimore airport, Aldecosea said a Spirit Airlines employee refused the animal entry — and suggested she flush her pet down the toilet so she could get on the plane. '

' She was also in pain due to a benign golf ball–sized growth on her neck. '

It's okay, it was just a clump of cells anyway, right?

How much money are the doctors certifying these hamsters making?

It isn't that much since there is a lot of competition. It is more about it being easy than it is about how much money they actually make. Also it doesn't need to be a doctor, any licensed mental health professional can do it so even social workers can do it. For a social worker, $150 for at most an hour of work isn't a bad deal.
