Damage done.

His pathetic response undoubtedly allowed the destruction of tons of evidence.

Dont pretend any of this is good.

The defendants have until December 2nd to show cause as to why plaintiffs should not be allowed forensic inspections of the voting machines.

Now the question is whether these corrupt county dems already wiped the data on the machines in theseveral hours between orders.

[–] VandalayIndustries 0 points 1 point (+1|-0) ago

Jeez.

Dood. Dominion itself touts the fact the steal is wiped and hidden, in real time had passed you by?

Read moar.

[–] BlackGrapeDrank 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

they won't be able to wipe shit.

platniffs have everything already.

this is a shakedown to see who is going to rat on who and who thinks they can still get away with it.

[–] Peecum 0 points 1 point (+1|-0) ago

That would be cool. Hopefully.

[–] lostinapes 0 points 5 points (+5|-0) ago

Unless they are under armed guard by special units they already erased everything im sure.

[–] La_Chalupacabra 0 points 12 points (+12|-0) ago

If I were a corrupt piece of shit, I'd certainly take contempt of court and destruction of evidence charges over treason and conspiracy any day.

[–] VandalayIndustries ago

This.

[–] ElectionPredictor 1 point 3 points (+4|-1) ago

Now they get both.

These people are stupid.

[–] 26601316? 0 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago

Bwahaha, they argued that inspecting the machines and software might cause harm through revealing business secrets.

It's a fucking voting machine. What does a voting machine do? 1 for this guy, 1 for this girl, 1 for this guy, etc etc.

It's not a fucking quantum computer.

[–] Yogus 0 points 1 point (+1|-0) ago

Any digital voting should be open source and on a block chain.

[–] cantaloupe6 0 points 9 points (+9|-0) ago

No doubt the coup collaboraters will follow the law /s

[–] krypt 0 points 1 point (+1|-0) ago  (edited ago)

Right. They will be as observant as Hillary under an order.

The Judge never ordered to NEVER PLUG IN!

https://voat.co/v/QRV/4117743/

MERELY APPLYING AC POWER (probably) AUTOMATICALLY RESETS THE FIRMWARE!!

The hack self-deletes once given electricity , after having prior held a days worth of voting (not testing), such as votes spread out over several hours and comprising perhaps 40 or so vote scans, before shutting down.

ELECTRICITY itself hides the flash firmware evidence forever that it was not a sanctioned firmware image

They do NOT want to get caught not handing out the right Source Code that matched that night.

This GA source code used presumably is a local IP subnet bot-net avoiding need of manual flash injection via USB dongle. Once infected it probably allows local machines on subnet. The main point is though its crypto signed signature on the firmware is a fabrication and trick and the in-machine readout of the checksum is actually a hoax and not the real checksum, glean-able only from de-soldering.

The USB dongle also hides update from forensic log, PROVEN already in GA (no log event in machine AFTER a proven firmware update by Dr Coomer in front of eye witnesses!)

https://voat.co/v/QRV/4117743/

DO NOT LET THEM PLUG THEM IN!!! Seize them soon!

And compare internal paper ballots with electronic vote trail and compare to printed OCR barcode summary of votes.

White Republicans get paralyzed with terror every time a Democrat judge waves a piece of paper in their face. Democrats laugh and carry on with their plans every time a white Republican judge waves a piece of paper.

And guess who will win in the big picture.

[–] I-Am 2 points 18 points (+20|-2) ago

More theater. Pointless ruling after more than enough time has passed for any evidence to be destroyed.

[–] test_pattern ago

Seems like the judge is trying to buy safety. Bad bet.

[–] cantaloupe6 0 points 7 points (+7|-0) ago  (edited ago)

It's recoverable, they're dumb

Also legally if they destroy evidence it's assume they're guilty.

We don't need to presume they are guilty, we bloody well know they are guilty -- but is anything ever going to be done to them to punish them for their guilt?

[–] lepersbell ago

Yeah, if they just wipe and don't do a zero-out or 7-way random rewrite.

[–] LurkedForever 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

For you and me that's true, but we have a 2 tiered 'justice' system.
