Clothing - ade vinegar to the soak cycle

Something I encountered when I moved my kombucha jug to the same closet as my shirts was a sizeable decrease in pit odor.
I suspect the plume from the active ferment must have populated my shirts, thereby transferring the beneficial yeast/bacteria to my skin, which out-competed whatever funk was living there.
That said, applying the same principle, you could try using raw vinegar (or brew your own) and see if that helps, or substitute/include kombucha if the clothes are not brightly colored or white.

Try the carnivore diet for a month, and change clothes daily, but only bathe once per week. After the carnivore diet, do a coconut oil/lemon water fast for a week and start reintroducing fermented foods like kim chi, a little apple cider vinegar in water, after that, just avoid sugar and too much carbs so the yeast can't feed.

You need to see a dermatologist. You aren't ever getting rid of it. You're probably breeding a stronger strain of that shit
