"... So I've been practicing law since 2006, Im a low rate corporate attorney, nothing fancy or lucrative, but one thing myself and my colleagues agree on is the fact that any second/third/fourth rate Corpo Lawyer worth his salt would have filed counter suit at this point against Rudy and or the Trump team. ..."

I'm still waiting for Biden campaign to defend the votes that they 'earned'

I feel like Trump's team appearing unorganized and making crazy claims was part of this attempt to bait a counter suit. Like anyone that is spreading such libelous statements about a company would have been sued by now, if the claims were false and if the plaintiff had nothing to hide during discovery, right?

What would have been the advantage of getting a counter suit? Honest question.

Makes you wonder if they're baiting us?....

[–] ynotask [S] 0 points 8 points (+8|-0) ago

I doubt they are baiting .... discovery would not be in their best interest. It appears they are depending on their judges to dismiss any filings before they have to litigate....

[–] CowWithBeef ago

That does not appear to be a winning strategy.

[–] coulditbe4Q 0 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago

Yet a dismissal is followed by appeal and up the legal ladder we go. GOAL!!! SCOTUS...would you agree??

[–] ColdSteam 0 points 11 points (+11|-0) ago

Could be they are all sequestered in small concrete rooms without outside communications, say offshore

What I think is that the corporate heads and lackeys are running with their ill gotten wealth and leaving the DNC to deal with the fall out. When a ship sinks the smart rats run for the ropes.

Dominion can shrink back into its Canadian shadow and whatever off shore structures it may have. It is the governors of the contested states that have the problem, that is why they are getting sued. In a normal legal situation, Dominion would be attached ( adjoined as the third party/manufacturer of the product ) to the proceedings by the governors of the particular states. No can do in this case, because certain governors were in on the fraud. Best for Dominion to just keep quiet and let the governors take the heat.

Irony - Dominion HQ in Canada, and the Canadian government only uses paper ballots.

What if they are already in Gitmo? Wishful thinking
