No true Scotsman fallacy.

[–] MiMx ago

Not true, trying to apply what one person says to a rock solid principle of non-aggression, which the entire basis of libertarianism is founded upon.

Also, it is based on practicality and state law.

This is basic common sense, and common law, that one must be of legal age to get rights.

Case closed, fin.

Walter Block is a major intellectual heir of Murray Rothbard, the father of the libertarian movement of the last 75 years. Just because you’re historically (and judging by your failure to understand two of my posts now, generally) illiterate, ignorant, and repeat third-hand copied homework doesn’t mean these people don’t exist.

Are you familiar with Hans Herman Hoppe? Ludwig von Mises? Eugene Bohm von Bawerk? Henry Hazlitt? Frank Chodorov? Hell, even Barry Goldwater? John V Denson? Alexis de Tocqueville? The Spanish Scholastics? FA Hayek?

Does your grasp of libertarian concepts stretch past your feels, Gary Johnson, and legalizing weed?

Go read a book or ten and come back when you know something, junior.
