Good. That’s an axiom for everyone who is wrong on how humans operate. I would argue that peer pressure, propaganda or advertising disproves free will. It’s why I hate libertarians or communists who think nature should bend its will to their ideology rather than the other way around. A sound ideology recognizes human behavior and molds it.

We are just information systems. Genes inform the design of our “hardware”, our architecture. Culture is the software, an operating system of sorts. You cant run shit software on good hardware and expect good results or vice versa.

Its upsetting to admit free will is an illusion. But I think the ultimate irony is that belief in free will may help the software run better.

The atheists around here, like atheists in general, tend to get demoralized easily. Those fucking Q people have probably done more to stand up to these communist freaks than any Nietzcheans seething in their basements. And Ill bet dollars to doughnuts Kyle loves Jesus Christ.

It may be that understanding how the system works may not be optimal.
