That's a ballsy move, mate. If you can handle the inevitable criticism from people that will never really understand, then You might as well go for it.
Not to mention how tight this sub has been run so far, I haven't seen any posts that break the rules or would bring our integrity into question.

You would be setting yourself up for abuse. Easy identifiable "lighting rod" target. They will come after you, it's not a question of if, so you'd better be sure you don't mind being associated with this content (and people will assume much worse than what is really here) by your friends, family, and perpetually online.

Id be more concerned with the inevitable idoits, who will cause you personal issues, but i do see your point and do agree to an extent, as i have also created my own sub on this subject, ( /v/beautifulyounggirls ) the personal backlash would be too much to deal with.

Agreed.. legality aside, SJWs consider this "exploitation" and will work to ruin your life. Look at violentacrez.

Is it just so you won't have to switch accounts back and forth or is it a statement? What's your best and worst anticipated scenario?

Honestly, I think that any future employer might not agree with you and would use the search on you to judge whether or not to hire you.
It's why I changed my name on Facebook to something nonsensical.
