That’s a total lie. They are paper ballots just like USA but we use same counting machines. DOMINION machines.

We thank you for your email.
Elections Canada appreciates your interest in Canada’s electoral processes.
Though we use advanced information technology and modern business processes to conduct Canadian federal elections, Elections Canada is required to administer elections according to the Canada Elections Act, which requires ballots to be paper. For this reason, we cannot apply information technology to the ballot, even though this might make voting more convenient for some electors.
Elections Canada does currently offer a number of alternative voting methods for Canadians who are unable to vote in person at their polling place on voting day, such as voting by mail.
The Canada Elections Act allows us to study alternative voting methods, including online voting. We can also test these in a general election, with the approval of Parliament; and we study other methods of voting in Canadian municipalities and provinces, as well as countries around the world. Although some of the systems used in Canadian municipalities and provinces or other countries around the world hold great promise, no system we have studied so far would give us the same degree of confidence as the current paper one does.
We welcome suggestions for alternative voting methods to study, and refer them to our Alternative Voting Methods directorate. However, it is Parliament that would ultimately decide whether to change voting methods in Canada. Consequently, we invite you to reach out to your Member of Parliament on this matter.
You can find the contact information for your member of Parliament on the Parliament of Canada website.
For more information about the Canadian federal electoral system, visit our website at elections.ca or call 1-800-463-6868, toll-free in Canada and the United States. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time).

Very proactive Patriot. The responder did not specifically say we don't use dominion voting systems. But why else would dominion voting base itself in a high tax country if Canada doesn't use such technology?

I shot back with this:
