Lard is quite energy dense (which is what it was designed to be). It's easy to make anything that gives off a good amount of heat (via combustion or fission) into electricity.
Burn fatty well. Use the heat to boil water. Use the steam produced to spin a turbine connected to a generator.
Hell, the hardest part would be preventing soot buildup (fatties have a lot of impurities that would NOT burn clean.)
