So many vets make the mistake of coming home and making the rest of their life military-cenric. A perfect example is the seventy year old guys you see who wear a Vietnam vet ball cap everyday all these years later. I see so many guys where everything revolves around the few years they spent in the service, they can never let it go. That's just a recipe for misery, you have to move on.

So you went to fight a war for the jews like a fucking retard, dealt with the stress afterwords like a fucking retard, and now you want a pat on the back for not dumping poison down your throat every night. Fuck off faggot, this ain't your personal jewbook page, go whimper for attention there.

Havent drank or smoked pot in 5 months now, and got back into weight lifting, heavy squats, deadlifts, military presses, benching, and back rows 3x a week, 500 calories under TDEE.
You've substituted one (two - that pot thing was out of left field) addiction for another here.

Does tongue punching your mums fartbox also count as another addiction

Just how fat and lazy are you to call working out an addiction? He's only doing it three times a week!

If the word 'vice' makes you feel better about it, use that.
My statement above is not wrong. It's an addiction (vice).

Stop talking about things that I don't want to talk about!

I never really started drinking, and I never really liked it much. If you can manage, I suggest tapering off of any drug or at least do an amount reduction before a total stop.

My fingers and feet hurt when I drink. Is that a problem?

Sounds like the start to nuerological issues to me, and alcohol is a depressant to the nervous system.

Ive been on the vodka for a year. Stopped for 3 days and went into convulsions to the point of hurting my back and think I ruptured my esophogus somewhere because I randomly taste blood. Ween.
