My fingers and feet hurt when I drink. Is that a problem?

Sounds like the start to nuerological issues to me, and alcohol is a depressant to the nervous system.

Congratulations! I just got a year in September. I actually didn’t drink all of 2020. Crazy. I need to exercise, but I do eat healthy. Generally cook for myself (went to culinary school, it helps) because I’m diabetic. I read labels, dont drink soda, eat eggs, toast, and avacado for breakfast and make a smoothie for the road

God bless you, from a fellow veteran. Welcome back. We need you.

Recently sober too. Personally, love AA meetings (even liked them when I would go as support to my dad though I was still drinking) as I am more of a deist surrounded by Christian family with many views I can't get behind. It's like a freemason lodge for alcoholics without the jew bullshit.

All the way airborne. Healthy diet and exercise is where it is at. Maybe mix some sprints in with your lifting, see how that shit feels. Welcome back to the land of the living.

Havent drank or smoked pot in 5 months now, and got back into weight lifting, heavy squats, deadlifts, military presses, benching, and back rows 3x a week, 500 calories under TDEE.

You've substituted one (two - that pot thing was out of left field) addiction for another here.

Just how fat and lazy are you to call working out an addiction? He's only doing it three times a week!

If the word 'vice' makes you feel better about it, use that.

My statement above is not wrong. It's an addiction (vice).

Does tongue punching your mums fartbox also count as another addiction
