What are you trying to achieve with touchegg? It seems like it might be a dead project. Fedora has at least minimal multi touch support out of the box.
Just what it's meant for... custom gestures. Fedora's touch support, through GNOME, is minimal at best. Even just browsing the internet doesn't always work. I have the grab extension for firefox, but still.
