I’ve been taking extra supplements since April. That Sexy little Dr. That Joe Rogan has on his podcast pointed this out way back then. Funny how Fauci etc didn’t tell the public. All part of the plan to keep this quiet.

Apparently, Fauci let slip that he takes 6,000 international units of D as well as vitamin C- daily.

PSST we are in North America and it is November...EVERYONE has Vitamin D deficiencies...COVID is bullshit

Well isn’t the total population about 80% deficient in D? Wouldn’t that be statistically appropriate?

Great post! Vitamin D is an important supplement for many other things and it's very hard to overdose. Lack of vitamin D is linked to depression as well.

The Sun has changed. The mass increase of depression, suicide and many other mental issues could likely be traced to this. Vit. D should help many people.

Add to this
1) You need cholesterol to convert sunshine which hits your skin to vitamin D. What are most seniors on in the Western world?- Statin drugs to reduce cholesterol.
2) Most seniors in aged care don't even get any natural sunlight. In Australia seniors in aged care and many still in their own home don't even get vitamin D supplements to prevent bone fractures! Doctors now want to give them injections of "prolia" (a prescription drug) every 6 months to maintain bone density and prevent fractures.
3) It is well known that vitamin D or exposure to UV lights helps prevent respiratory infections. In the 60s many children around the world who lived in colder climates spent time in special goggles, standing in underwear only in front of a red lamp. (Myself included) .
4) Since President Reagan got skin cancer- half the world has been using sunblocks or sunscreens to prevent skin cancers- not realising that lack of vitamin D contributes to MS, depression, respiratory illnesses, poor immune response in general as well as an increased risk of bone fractures.
If we think we are now living in Orwell's "1984" let's just add that we are also living in Huxley's "Brave New World".

No shit they have a vitamin D deficiency, they've been in "lockdown" and not getting their usual sun/vitamin D exposure. One of the best things you can do if you start feeling sick is to get outside and get as much sun as you can.

Something I learned years ago about Vitamin D absorption is having natural body oils present on you skin. Historically before the advent of soap they washed with water and olive or other oils and worked outside, hence no D shortage. Today with all these chemical infused soaps, sunscreens, makeup and overly bathing, its nearly impossible for most people to get D from the sun in there cubicle. This is why they "fortify" milk and other foods with it. Jest of it all: give up chemicals on your body, get outside, expose some skin and work up a sweat. Then take a D supplement and other vitamins and minerals, they all have to work together.
