To judge means to declare ownership over that which nature offers free for all, which is a selfish action, which creates negative consequences. Those consequences are the "judgement" of nature towards all actions, and it is not a judgment made by intent, but a mechanical response to ones action set into the motion of all energy.

what, like the victorian supreme court saying that detaining 6 million people in their homes is legal despite the law literally saying 'free to travel around victoria' under state human rights law?

does that invalidate the law or does it make the supreme court judge a traitor?
