You've heard of the blue flu for cops?

Call in with the Red Flu for MAGA!

I've often wondered this. We have whole days off to remember someone was born but somehow have to figure out how to work going into the polls and possibly waiting for a long time into our schedules. Something isn't right about that.

Check the local laws.
Polling places have extended hours, and it may be legal compulsory for employers to allow time off during the day to vote.

And to help people out. Here is each state's law. https://www.workplacefairness.org/voting-rights-time-off-work?state=AL#AL

Ignore the people talking like they are lawyers and implying that your employer HAS to give you time off. The law is on a per-state basis and different requirements for each state.

So happy I voted by mail weeks ago.
