The bigger question is WHY were they given immunity in the first place? What corrupt politicians put that bullshit in place? THEY are responsible for the entirety of this whole corrupt mess. They gave Big Tech the get out of jail free card and Big Tech put millions in the politicians pockets. This is not just about Big Tech and their treasonous behavior, its far bigger than that, and right now the politicians are trying to throw Big Tech under the bus to save themselves.

Yes. They've corrupted the entire system so badly and none of that is ever going to be addressed. Trump has done good things, but in 4 years the paarsites will still be parasites and they'll break the country to third world levels. They came damned close already.

I agree, plan or no plan, in my mind I cannot resolve how in any manner the entire system can be fixed. The system is reflective of the citizens, corrupt to the core. Too many shitty people.

Section 230 immunity is a good thing, it prevents some fuckwit from posting CP on Voat and Voat being held liable. The main problem is the big tech kikes have been abusing the fuck out of the "good faith" section which allows them to remove content while mantaining their platform status, the only thing that needs to be done is fix or remove the "good faith" section.

As you stated, its easily fixed, but it was fucked up from the start because some people got money in their pocket. These corrupt fucks like Biden don't write this shit with loopholes by accident. They have teams of lawyers writing this legislation and put loopholes in it for the right people with the right amount of money. Its the way the swamp works.

Congress will do nothing except have a few controlled opposition actors toss a few "based platitudes" to quell the masses while business as usual continues.

You want the government to interfere in private companies? Fuck off back to north korea, communist.

Yes, but congress won't. They don't do shit. I don't consider Fakebook or Twatter as monopolies - they're digital gossip sites. Google arguably is because of how much pull they have with ad revenue. They all need to be replaced by conservative alternatives.
