These are some great “what if’s”.
Mine would be to advise a defensive war against the USSR. A lot easier and cheaper to defend, and those divisions could be used in Africa and the Middle East to get oil.
You couldn't have won a defensive war against the USSR. They had more than enough conscripts and factories to win a war of attrition. That's why Barbarossa happened in the first place, it was a pre-emptive strike against an enemy some say were merely a few months away from attacking. Seizing all that land away from the Soviets fucked their air production and other munitions, but the Sovvies had been panic-building factories in the Urals in an attempt to prevent all of their favtory capability from being lost.
