Do you have a screen shot of the image before edits? What is the picture of behind the 86 45? I think I noticed something as well, but not sure.
Edit:
Found one:

Wanted to be able to zoom in. Not seeing what I thought was in the image.
as per all the other one dimensional thinking replies. Yes we all know its a restaurant term but its also used as in 'to kill'
Very important part of the post is that the first link calls attention to and explains the editing (of to kill) corruption on wikipedia.

tl;dr the original term of 86 comes from "80 miles away and 6 feet deep", a definite reference to putting someone in an unmarked grave.
That having been said, "86" is commonly used to mean "get rid of", and it's reasonable to assume Whitmer meant it that way and didn't consider the original meaning. It also wouldn't register as such to most people seeing it. Unless there's other chatter regarding it, and it might be worth looking for such.

such as Ice Hunter book just above her left shoulder?
London criminals created cockney rhyming slang to confuse any undercover police listening to them.
apples n pairs.. stairs
dog n bone .. phone
Its easy to see why we are ruled by criminals with the majority of replies here... one dimensional thinking and naiive.

Never knew of any other meaning for 86 than to kill. To 86 a project is to kill it. To 86 a person is to kill him/her, to get rid of permanently.
