Like others said, "Don't sweat it." etc, not a big deal. I sweat a lot and am bald, so it pours out. For riding I wear a halo headband to keep the sweat from blinding me and a chamois on longer rides. Keep a towel handy at the gym. Drink lots of water before, during, after and in general so your sweat is not funky.

Maybe try a hot yoga class? Everyone sweats like a pig during hot yoga, and you won't stand out at all. It might also help you feel a bit more centered while you get everything sorted out.
Also, most people at the gym are too busy focusing on their own workouts and working up a sweat themselves to care how sweaty another person is. Anyone who gives a crap that someone else is getting sweaty at the gym needs to reevaluate their workout habits.

Everybody's chemistry is different, please remember that.
I love the feeling of sweat... anywhere. It means im working towards something. My personal goal.
May I ask why you don't like it? If you're not sliding off the bike, what is your main concern?
Keep up the good work, stay clean, stay positive.

Well it is just very uncomfortable. I'm cool with sweat on the rest of my body, just wipe it off with my towel and keep going, but the butt sweat is different. It also causes my skin to hurt as I cycle and rub off the saddle slightly. Just.. its just nasty

Don't sweat it. Just keep kicking ass. I laugh when I see people working out with no sweat, I cant figure out if they are actually moving or not.

Oooohh this is really helpful! I actually never thought of that! I got some baby powder today, just the regular, Johnson's powder. Unfortunately Gold Bond isn't actually available in Ireland, I was looking to hetero it but the postage was actually more expensive than the powder itself. Thanks for your suggestion, I really appreciate it! I'll be sure to let yo know how it goes

It won't eliminate it but better workout clothes help it evaporate faster thus eliminating the discomfort. Under Armor can feel like a towel that was just pulled out of ice water at times.

I can only second this. Proper clothing really help with the problem. Traditionally, natural fabrics like cotton, linen and even wool have been better for excessive sweaters than synthetic fabrics because they breathe better. They are the superior choice if you are on a budget.
That being said: For weight gain/control/loss, diet is key. It's more important than your workouts actualy. I absolutely understand your situation though, so stay strong. Sooner or later, you will be turning to good exercise for comfort.

Sweat is progress. Enjoy it. Lick it from your arms and scream a battle cry.
