I watched one episode and five minutes of episode two, noticed the shuttle hint of incest and said NOPE. Never watched it again. Even when I accidentally find my way on a post mentioning it in passing it still has no appeal to me. I honestly don't get it. As a rule though, I tend to lean more towards sic-fi and less towards fantasy. So that could play into this.

I stopped watching the show after they deviated from the book completely last season around couple of episodes in. Not sure if that counts.

Its too sad and evil for me.

I mean, I guess its a realistic portrayal but still.

I love ASOIAF. I like GoT.

I love discussing ASOIAF so much. I could literally talk about it all day, but sadly half of the things I say make no sense to my show watching friends. Whenever possible I always try to get them to pick up the books.

Yes I've seen Breaking Bad. It is better than GoT.

What is this "Game of Thrones"?

Sounds like one is playing Musical Chairs using toilets.

Yeah. I'm neutral.

However, I might be a weirdo. I found the Wire to boring.

I don't have HBO and have not seen it. Therefore I'm not a fan currently. I don't have cable either, just Netflix and Amazon.
