all games are timewasters, you've been jewed OP.

[–] Chimaira92 [S] ago

Why are people like you on the gaming subreddit to begin with? No, not all games are jewed. Lots of games are but the ones I mentioned you would have a very hard time to explain the jewish propaganda within them.

Oxygen Not Included is a good game requiring critical and creative thinking

Games that require critical thinking:

https://eggheadgames.com/

Probably chess requires logical thinking, but I find it boring.

Some games benefit from logical thinking, but I think very few games really require logical thinking. I have had some fun with 4X games such as Endless Legend. It reminds me of a math problem, but with some extra fantasy fluff like dragons. It's much the same sort of thing as Civilization or Alpha Centauri. In the end, you don't really have to think.

Perhaps ironically, I discovered EggHead Games because Dishonored 2 had an embedded logic puzzle and I really was intrigued, but I didn't want to mix that sort of fun with my standard teleport-and-subdue sort of fun.

Not sure about critical thought, but The Witcher series of video games and Kingdom Come Deliverance are both devoid of any woke nonsense.

[–] pepeshadilay 0 points 1 point (+1|-0) ago

I don't know; I think the Witcher is moderately left-wing. Possibly it is not as bad as USA-Hollywood levels of "woke."

Please, elaborate?

But how "satisfying" can it be to build "factories" in a digital fantasy; offered to you by (((them)))? They don't care what you enjoy, as long as it isn't reality, because they need you to ignore reality in favor of fantasy to call dips over all others. Also...Dwarf Fortress, because your brain needs a good spanking.

[–] ClandenCTrake ago

This is an actual technique employed with video games, specifically to distract from politics or day to day life.

[–] Chimaira92 [S] 0 points 1 point (+1|-0) ago

That is all well and good except even modern politics is a distraction for what people truly need to do, violently remove the communists, traitors and anyone else who stands in the way and finally reclaim our nations. Worldwide.

[–] Blood-is-Nature 0 points 1 point (+1|-0) ago

More than that...the agenda behind transhumanism is to exchange the 1 (natural reality) with the 0 (digital fantasy), which of course is only possible through the corruption of human comprehension, which is why it is called entertainment (enter tame mind).

Well technically playing video games is a part of reality. It's a method for us to develop motor skills and critical thinking, which is why I mentioned these 2 games and not games like GTA, RDR2 which are completely full of Jewish propaganda and take away any meaning of skill (auto aiming)

Dwarf Fortress looks right up my ally, I'll give that a shot when I feel like "escaping reality" next time.

[–] Gumbatron 0 points 1 point (+1|-0) ago  (edited ago)

Dwarf Fortress is interesting, i'm certainly no expert at it, it's more of an emergent narrative than a game where you can determine the outcome with a great deal of certainty.

Currently, my fortress is being besieged by a horde of failed necromancer experiments. I'm reasonably safe inside, but I didn't think about food for my larger animals who are now starving to death.

Rimworld and Oxygen Not Included are also options that don't have the same learning cliff as Dwarf Fortress.

Well technically playing video games is a part of reality

No. Playing is an action, and all actions are based on intent, yet entertainment is an offering, a contract of belief (using technology as the sales pitch) to get the "player" to consent to the will of another, while ignoring his own will. The ignorance of one own will, which is ones own responsibility, is the ignorance of reality in favor of the will of (((another))). This is why the few are in CONTROL over the many, because they trick the many to ignore their own will.

The will, under the laws of nature, defines our actions by the "morality" between the positive (towards life) and the negative (towards death) consequences of all our actions. In short...our "needs" define the actions needed for our survial, while all our "wants" are temptations luring us towards death (because they represent following the flow of nature in motion from a beginning towards an end). Entertainment represents the weaponization of temptation; they are offering us the tools to kill ourselves and we "want" them, which is why we consent. "Wanna play, goys?"

Apparently the newer Steam version of Dwarf Fortress is going to be pozzed with tranny dwarves. Heard about it on OneAngryGamer months ago. It may already be pozzed on the older version too. I've never personally played it.

Factorio looked boring. I couldn't get into it
