not nice, not nice at all. I understand booby trapping to make a point or make the thief look foolish but that's distructive with the intention of

real harm. I don't find that acceptable at all. It's the person's finger which could be permanently damaged and it's just a sign

In Michigan, probably most States, booby traps are illegal.

Had he been wearing work gloves (a normal requirement) and following procedures, he would not have cut himself. I hope he was piss tested for his negligence. It's wasn't just a sign, it was your 1st amendment right and free speech.

A child did touch it.

BWAAHAAA stupid fucking sign stealer.

[–] patriot2008 1 point 2 points (+3|-1) ago

A child wouldn't touch someone else's property. We are taught that growing up. Political signs are every where at this time of year. Anyone pulling up a sign because it is too close to the road is lying. No taxpayer paid worker gives that much care.

“Why would someone set a boobytrap sign to harm someone? A child could have picked it up.”

MOST children know to not touch other people's property.

EDIT: mebbe they mean a MANchild. in which case, natural selection

A woman was just arrested for using a gang of kids to steal and destroy trump signs. So in that instance a kid might have picked it up
