No idea what I wanted as a kid, science sounded fun. Just kept getting better and better at stuff and I'm living happy with a steady paying white collar science job. I'm a fan of the "So good they can't ignore you" approach and save the hobbies for my free time.

I wanted to be a supervillain. Now I do IT work running the machines that make calls for a BPO/debt collection company. So I'm kinda there.

Wanted to be: A military pilot

Actually became: Accounting/Auditing role

I'm still not sure what I'll be when I grow up..But I need to find something a bit more fun.

I wanted to be a pilot. Instead I fix computers out of a basement with no windows and when it rains it makes everything smell like sewage. Then it gets moldy and fucks with me and facilities refuses to do anything about it.

Wanted to become a lawyer for a long time when I was a kid (probably at the age of eight to ten or something), am now a graphic-designer and have no idea why the hell I ever wanted to be a lawyer.

Funny I remember you from another thread where people guessed professions. I guessed right but your username gave it away a bit.
