i would be very careful about conventional mustard greens from the grocery stores. mustard greens can be used for phytoremediation. if you grow them at home, make sure your soil is clean/non-toxic.
having said all that, MGs are wonderful for detoxifying the body.

what are mustard greens used for? just eat them or you add them to stuff?

clean your MGs. leave damp. put some olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. add desired amount of chopped garlic. careful not to burn it. throw in the wet greens and cook to desired doneness. molto bene. some folks like to shake a little bit of vinegar on them to finish. i like the vinegar if they are going to be served cold.

I've used them in place of lettuce in sandwiches. Gives em a bit of a kick.
