Agreed, but if it becomes dozens / hundreds of high level arrests, it's going to take time to build a case for each charge. There's a reason (above and beyond the corruption) that the conviction rate of federal cases is so high.

When will they actually do something about it? Took 4 years to determine that it is in fact a criminal investigation. How many more years before the finally decide to arrest someone for these criminal acts? Will the perps and/or the investigators have died of natural causes due to old age?
