I was thinking the same thing. The Dems are demon rats. They don't deserve equal time. Especially not after what they did during the first impeachment scam where they didn't let Republicans cross-examine the so-called "witnesses." (People who ended up being second- and third-hand witnesses at best.)

I mean, that's up to the Senate. If the leadership wants to call a vote without scheduling the hearing, and if the other senators are willing to confirm, then there's no need for the hearing.

Agreed. And if its Judge Amy, she already had a hearing for her nomination to the circuit court so no need for another hearing. Anyone who is interested can just go read the transcript. Case closed.

I believe that the Turtle McConnell said that they would have a hearing capped at three days. Apparently it has to do with Senate tradition rather than Constitutional Law. There is no place in the Constitution that requires multiple days of hearings in the Senate to confirm a judicial nominee.

The world will be watching how hard the Dems try to destroy the nominee. She will become a SC Justice.

The radical left will go BERSERK INFINITY which will require the NG to quell the riots. The coming riots+ with a certain high level unsealed indictment (or more) lead us into the sitiation described in Q1. About 5 weeks from now.

I think that it will be Amy as the new Justice and you are so very right about the radical going berserk Lurker17. Their brains will short-circuit to insanity. Things are really happening.
