If someone were to “literally” measure and tell these fucking creatures just exactly how “thick” their layer of fat is(a whole other fucking person thick) I wonder if they’d still be so positive about their bodies.

How dare you make assumptions about her health?? For all you know that's pure muscle! You cant tell anything about someone health or lifestyle just by looking at them, shitlord! reeeeeeeee

Perfect, yes. And if you keep telling yourself that and posting hideous pictures it will forestall your rapid descent into immobility and early demise.

More proof of their bizarre and disgusting narcissism. Show me one normal woman, just one, who thinks every single thing about her body is "perfect literally." I mean, lots of people are happy with their bodies and love their bodies, and that's awesome, and if you work out and are in excellent shape then you deserve to be proud and happy, but come on, we all have something that we wish was a little bigger or smaller or shaped a little differently. Even if it's just, like, "I wish my feet were a little smaller," or, "I wish my fingers were thinner," or "I wish my neck was a little longer." Just something.

But here's this mashed potato behemoth, this pile of fat and rippled skin, posting scantily clad pictures of itself with some dull expression on its mushy face, telling the world that its body is "perfect literally." Arrogant pig. Your body was perfect literally, when you were born, until you ruined it with Ding-Dongs and onion rings. You have destroyed what you were given and you have the nerve to brag about your perfection. You're not just a gross, low-IQ pig, you're an asshole.

With the right bait, it'll waddle itself in.

Had plaque psoriasis, severe sleep apnea in 2017. Was 70+ lbs overweight.

Found Voat. This excellent sub. Found a diet (Dr John Pagano's books) that literally cured the psoriasis. We are talking hardcore elimination diet. Bye potatoes.. Bye peppers...

Thanks to you all for the healthy inspiration. I've lost 60+ lbs, went from a 44 waist to a 38. On the exercise bike every morning. Legs are getting toned, back and arms are next.

Appreciate all of you shitlords, deeply.

Dante

Sorry my "cp" is too low to post my own thread. Thanks again !

No one cares. You shouldn't have gotten fat in the first place.

I thought we didn't praise fats for doing the basics here. Obviously I'm out of the loop.
