I've been asked so many times how I get my protein by people who clearly don't worry one bit about what they put in their own mouths. It's frustrating.

Not a vegetarian but I find myself eating less and less meat over the years. Going out and thinking, hmm, the turkey burger actually looks more appealing than the beef one. I now favor cheese dishes over meats and salads without meat. Give me a good cheese plate over a burger any day.

There is salads with meat? Never seen one of those, care to elaborate?
I too have been reducing my meat consumption in recent times. Although that comes more down to good meat being expensive, me being cheap, and now I also live with a vegetarian, which makes collective eating a little more meatless.

Nobody ever calls them out on their bullshit. :/
It's like if a child molester was telling people how to raise their kids. Nobody would stand for it.

Fat people really love to talk about what is and isn't healthy, all based on what Dr. Oz says.

I went LCHF and I lost 50lbs. When I was vegetarian/vegan I was so unhealthy compared to now. She may be fat but she has a point.

So what? I lost 50lb on a purely vegan diet with plenty of complex carbs.

Yeah difference is I gained muscle, you lost it. Enjoy.
