I still wish he'd run again. He believed government shouldn't butt into our lives. If he were in charge there probably wouldn't have been any lockdowns or mask laws. He'd have a better chance of winning this year because most people are tired of the bullshit.

I got to vote for him a few times. My area was so pro Ron that they tried to germander him out of the next election by cutting out my area. Ron still won! I met him walking down the street after he had left a restaurant. I don't have any idols but Ron comes close.

I got to meet Ron Paul at a rally in San Francisco of all places. Right in front of city hall. This was a different time. There was not a single counter-protester. Can you imagine that?
