Don't blame me, I voted for him. Fucking boomers wanted Newt. Morons
[–] GritD2 0 points 4 points 4 points (+4|-0) ago (edited ago)
I have to wonder what they (boomers) actually wanted. We are assuming they only fix the main elections, while I think they game all elections as a way to win no matter what. They would have "won" with either white obama (mittens) or black obama. I actually think if mittens would have won the battle, they would have won the war.

boomers grew up after WW2 thinking the USA is Superman here to save the world...
Before that, USA was Batman.. kept to himself but kicked ass when his turf fucked with
we need to get back to being Batman

The most rigged election is the Democratic primary. There were assassinations to stop Sanders supporters from filing law suits against the DNC for fraud for letting them continue donating to Sanders in a rigged election. It's a toss up between the general election and the Republican primary for second place. Democrats cheat more, but the dirty RNC crushed Ron Paul and tried like hell to stop Trump. Never forget Colorado's voterless primary or the rule they changed to keep Ron Paul out of the convention only to rechange the rule to allow other politicians into Trump's convention.

they see an R, they vote for it. Now that could be good but the repub parties has corrupt primaries to keep out true conservatives. Similar to the dems rigging their primary to keep out Bernie.

I bet most of the people here who are in their 30-60s voted for newt but will never admit it. I was too young to even vote but we were all for Ron Paul on 4chan back when we were naive lolbertarians. Lolbertarianism didn’t seem that bad back before everything was pozzed to shit but real life has the best way of teaching.

I'm in my early 40s. I voted for Ron Paul in the 2008 primary, and helped organize a rally for him in 2012. Ron Paul dominated the under 45 vote back then, so that's the under 53 vote now. People on Voat are far more likely to have been Ron Paul supporters, so that easily pushes majority Paul support up into the 60+ age bracket.
[–] allahead 0 points 2 points 2 points (+2|-0) ago
Ron Paul isn't a Libertarian though, he's a State's rights anti-Federalist. Not that there's anything wrong with that.
[–] A_Punkass_Bitch ago
do you think ron paul wins in 2012 primary if not for newt being there?
[–] veteran88 0 points 9 points 9 points (+9|-0) ago
I am in that range.
I voted for RP
I think I said he was the last chance for peace even back then.
Check or his "what if" speech of you have seen it before
