As she started reading the laws that were broken I was waiting for the title 42 codes. Those are civil rights.

No one seems to find it interesting that the "American BAR Association" is NOT moving against these public servants. This woman is on her own and that is a shame.

We created this government to "secure these rights" yet they have never once come to the defense of any American when the tyrants take the office.

That "council" is as calm as Hindu cows up there because the State Department Of Justice will provide them a free legal defense at the "taxpayers" expense. She is up against the State which own the courts, the judges, and attorneys. They're not to keen on ruling against themselves.

But as a stunt this is great stuff. Does she have any chance of getting anything. Very slim chance. In Federal Court Odds are much better. Assuming this is Federal case since she listed US codes. She will have to show these people acted with intent to do her harm and prove the damages as well. The "taxpayer" (slaves" will pay for their defense and also any judgement.

They'll assume no liability and suffer nothing. No jail, no fines.

That's just the system we have brought up around our incompetence and ignorance. Ultimately the only ones going to be punished from all this is the Florida "taxpayer" slaves.

When has defeatist talk ever accomplished anything?

Maybe they'll get nervous that they're going to be held accountable for their crimes and resign. Like other officials have.

https://abcnews.go.com/US/amy-acton-ohios-embattled-health-director-resigns-amid/story?id=71202353

Acton was appointed health director in February 2019. She rose to prominence during the pandemic, often addressing the public during DeWine's briefings. She drew praise for her calm demeanor and the administration's swift, aggressive response to the coronavirus. But she was also the target of criticism as the state's lockdown stretched on.

Protesters demonstrated in front of her home on several occasions in May, and Republican lawmakers have been working on legislation to limit the health director's authority. In ruling that the state's order closing gyms during the pandemic violated the Ohio Constitution, an Ohio judge wrote that Acton acted in an "impermissibly arbitrary, unreasonable, and oppressive manner."

Others have resigned. Typically the press focuses on intimidation tactics, e.g. https://nypost.com/2020/06/10/orange-county-official-resigns-amid-pushback-over-mask-order/

Orange County health official resigns amid pushback over face mask order

Dr. Nichole Quick faced immediate resistance from residents and elected officials when she issued the face mask mandate in late May, the Los Angeles Times reported.

During a county board of supervisors meeting last month, a woman who identified herself as an attorney disparaged Quick’s experience in the medical field and even read her home address out loud.

The woman threatened to take a group to Quick’s home and “do calisthenics in masks on her front doorstep” in an attempt to prove that face coverings are unsafe, according to the Times.

She echoed other critics’ claims that face masks can pose a danger to people’s oxygen levels.

“When people start dropping like flies, and they will,” the woman added, “I am going to ask every first responder in a 30-mile radius to roll lights and sirens to her front door, and you had best pray they can revive whoever went down because if they can’t … I will be asking the OC DA’s office to charge it as murder.”

Keep in mind these news sites aren't focusing on any of the legal arguments presented, but I seem to recall watching a video that had a contentious meeting. Blaming unnamed protesters is a way for media/government to save face and not admit that they were criminally exceeding their authority and got officially notified.

That won't happen until a few of them are found hanging from streetlight poles.

I did something like this once and got put directly into solitary confinement for a month.

Hope she has backup support.

I would like for this to be true. But I suspect that it is nothing but showboating.

Nothing will come from this.
