That's racial discrimination. Give a qualified white employee an interview and see if you can catch her dismissing the applicant for being white. Then have the applicant sue for racial discrimination.

Make backups and more backups of your recordings. Set up a dead man's switch so if you go "missing," the recordings and your message are posted in a very public manner.

What thirteenthzodiac said should be step one, no matter what else you may or may not do later. Get the video, NOW, and get it online with details of what the company is and who the people are. That has to be step one, full release of information and transparency. Any action required after that can then be decided much more clearly.
