Get all white employees to collectively quit and short the stock. Buy the company shares back on the cheap, clear the Board of Directors and rehire former employees.

Pretty much the same thing at my company except it also applies to promotions to management and they use external recruiting agencies to filter the input of the hiring pipeline thus absolving themselves of responsibility.
My suggestion is to argue for statistical representation to be applied to current employees, ask why so many Jews are in sales and sr mgmt, and then watch the fucking bonfire.
