I have been looking into the discrimination against men and whites for awhile and can assure you that this is illegal.
As an aside, I encourage you to speak to a lawyer and sue the shit out of the company for discrimination against people of your race. While criminal cases use the "beyond reasonable doubt" standard, civil cases use a "more likely than not" standard, and this shows open discrimination against your people.
Seems like a Jew thing to do, but hey, this is the game now. Learn to play it or get out. Companies will only stop doing this shit when it starts affecting their profits.
As a quick history lesson, Affirmative Action actually makes discrimination against White people and men completely legal. This was shown in the SCOTUS cases United Steelworkers v Weber and expanded on it in Johnson v Transportation Agency.
HOWEVER, there are caveats. For racial discrimination, there is a 5-part test laid out in the ruling in Weber:
